Hyderabad is set to host the Miss World 2025 pageant which kicks off tomorrow at Gachibowli Stadium. India is hosting the event for the second consecutive year with tight security and cultural showcases planned throughout Telangana.

Amid rising tensions in the India-Pakistan bordering areas, Hyderabad is set to host the Miss World 2025 pageant, with an opening ceremony at the Gachibowli indoor stadium on May 10.

India is hosting the event for the second consecutive year. While the 2024 edition was held in Mumbai, this year’s festival is being organised in Telangana’s capital, with elaborate arrangements made by the state government.

A total of 115 contestants from across continents have arrived in Hyderabad for the 72nd Miss World Festival. A few more are expected to join, official sources said. This year, Nandini Gupta from Rajasthan is representing India.
