Bengaluru: French beauty and skincare brand L’Occitane En Provence has opened its latest boutique in Chennai, unveiling its new Haute Provence Concept, a refreshed global store design focused on immersive and sustainable retail experiences.
The new format blends Provençal heritage with modern sensibilities, featuring nature-inspired materials, lifestyle-led layouts, and a strong focus on sustainability. The store is divided into distinct zones — including the Art of Scent section for fragrances and hand care, an Expertise Zone for personalized consultations, and a Beauty Room for treatments and diagnostics. A Home & Gifting Zone highlights curated products and signature yellow gift boxes.
Speaking on the launch, Simi Dewan, General Manager, L’Occitane India, said, “The Haute Provence Concept is more than a design evolution; it’s an invitation to pause, explore, and experience beauty the Provençal way. Every detail—from the scent of lavender to the use of natural textures—has been crafted to create moments of connection and discovery.”
