Healthy food brand Salad Days has expanded its footprint with the launch of a new cloud kitchen in Hyderabad, marking its entry into the city and further strengthening its pan-India presence.
The expansion follows the brand’s growth across Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai and forms part of its broader strategy to scale its cloud kitchen network across key urban markets. Founded in 2014, Salad Days has built its presence around fresh, macro-balanced meals and currently operates 50 cloud kitchens across India, including 26 in Delhi-NCR, 12 in Bengaluru, 11 in Mumbai and one in Hyderabad.
Located in Serilingampalle, the Hyderabad kitchen will cater to consumers in Nallagandla and Lingampally. Customers will have access to the brand’s portfolio of salads, nourish bowls, pita pockets, build-your-own salads, smoothies and other health-focused meal options. The outlet will also serve Salad Days’ recently launched healthy snacking range, which includes high-protein and nutritious snacks designed for everyday consumption.
Commenting on the expansion, Varun Madan, Founder & CEO, Salad Days, said, “Hyderabad has always had its own quiet wisdom about food. Here, a meal has never been a transaction. It is a way of remembering, of holding the old and the new in the same hand, the familiar and the carried-in on the same plate. The city wears its appetites the way it wears its monuments, with a quiet, lived-in grace. We're grateful for the chance to be a small, new part of that conversation.”
The company expects Hyderabad to contribute meaningfully to its growth over the next 12 months as it continues to expand into new markets while deepening its presence in existing ones. The move aligns with Salad Days’ broader growth plans for FY26 and its long-term objective of building a scalable healthy food platform in India.
Founded by Varun Madan in 2014, Salad Days operates through a network of cloud kitchens, central kitchens and a farm to maintain quality control across its supply chain. The brand serves customers through its website, centralized ordering channels and food delivery platforms, including Swiggy, Zomato, Ownly and Open Network for Digital Commerce. It continues to focus on providing affordable and convenient healthy food options to consumers across the country.
