Bob’s Red Mill has introduced a new addition to its Signature Blends Baking Mixes line: Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake Mix.

The mix includes a separate cinnamon sugar topping packet designed to create swirls and a crunchy top layer. It requires only three added ingredients and is certified non-GMO Project Verified.

Part of the brand’s Signature Blends range – which features premeasured mixes of premium flours to simplify home baking – the new product joins existing options such as Fudgy Brownie Mix, Golden Cornbread Mix, Classic Yellow Cake Mix, and Decadent Chocolate Cake Mix.
