Bengaluru: After an impactful tenure spanning more than 11 years, Rema Menon has announced her departure from Parsvnath Developers Ltd., where she had been serving as Vice President – Retail & Commercial Leasing since May 2014.

In a LinkedIn update, Menon shared that she stepped down from her role on November 27, 2025.

During her long association with the company, Menon played a significant role in shaping Parsvnath Developers’ retail and commercial leasing strategy, building strong industry partnerships, and strengthening the company’s portfolio presence across key markets. Known for her collaborative approach and deep sector understanding, she became a respected name in India’s real estate and retail leasing ecosystem.

Announcing her exit, Menon expressed heartfelt gratitude to her colleagues, partners, and friends across the industry for their unwavering support throughout her journey. She highlighted the professional growth, relationships, and experiences gained during her decade-long stint as invaluable.

While Menon has not yet announced her next move, she indicated that she is looking forward to exploring new opportunities and will share future updates soon.

Parsvnath Developers has a variety of retail projects, including malls, plazas, and arcades, located in several cities across India.
